August 2021: Cincinnati experienced a 43.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $65,000 while total sales increased by 13.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 379 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 43.3% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 334 homes sold in Cincinnati in August 2020.
