On Aug. 3, 4 JT LLC sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 225 Main St., Cleves to Cincinnati Webb I LLC for $346,472.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Cleves as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Michael William Souders, 38, was the only registered voter residing at 225 Main St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
