July 2021: Home prices in Covedale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Covedale rose by $168,375 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 101.1% increase over the $166,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Covedale in July 2020.
