The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Miami Township rose by $119,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $308,000 - a 63.4% increase over the $188,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Miami Township in July 2020.
