Rising home prices in Bridgetown in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Bridgetown rose by $5,750 while total sales decreased by 46.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $152,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Bridgetown in July 2020.
