Median home prices in Colerain Township fell to $149,235 in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Colerain Township fell by $60,265 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,235 - a 28.8% decrease over the $209,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Colerain Township in July 2020.
