July 2021: Monfort Heights South experienced a 32.4% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Monfort Heights South fell by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 32.4% decrease over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Monfort Heights South in July 2020.
