July 2021: Home prices in Morgan increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Morgan rose by $139,800 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $358,500 - a 63.9% increase over the $218,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Morgan in July 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Morgan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,634, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
