The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 8563 Bridgetown Road, Miami Township was sold on July 29 by Delore Corp. for $105,000. The buyer was Monarch Property Solutions LLC.

This property is one of five sales so far in Miami Township in July 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Doris L Hutson, 81, was the only registered voter residing at 8563 Bridgetown Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
