The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 9524 Lockwood Hill Road, Colerain Township was sold on July 22 by Lynn M Ulrich for $397,000. The buyers were Leland Sterling and Marian Powell.

So far in July 2021, 16 properties sold in Colerain Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Eugene H Frankenstein, 83, was the only registered voter residing at 9524 Lockwood Hill Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
