On July 19, Megan M. Burwell purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3904 Enterprise Creek, Colerain Township from Caliguri James @3 for $166,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 31, 2004 for $125,500.

So far in July 2021, 16 properties sold in Colerain Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jacob William Caliguri, 31, was the only registered voter residing at 3904 Enterprise Creek as of Oct. 10, 2020.
