On July 9, Erica L. and James M. Sellmeyer purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4370 Race Road, Bridgetown from Ciara Stroschen for $194,000.

This home last sold for $113,000 on Dec. 6, 2016.

So far in July 2021, 12 properties sold in Bridgetown.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Ciara Nicole Stroschen has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4370 Race Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jacob Dean Herberger, 29, and Ciara Nicole Stroschen, 28.
