Home prices increased in White Oak West during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in White Oak West rose by $18,600 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $178,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in White Oak West in the second quarter of 2020.
