What happened to the median home price in Cincinnati during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $26,830 while total sales increased by 28.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 1,117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,830 - a 17.3% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 867 homes sold in Cincinnati in the second quarter of 2020.
