Pricing for the median home in Monfort Heights South increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Monfort Heights South rose by $38,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 27.4% increase over the $141,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the second quarter of 2020.
