White Oak median home prices rose by 12.3% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in White Oak rose by $18,050 while total sales decreased by 17.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $146,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in White Oak in the second quarter of 2020.
