Rising home prices in Colerain Township in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Colerain Township rose by $14,850 while total sales decreased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,750 - a 9.9% increase over the $149,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Colerain Township in the second quarter of 2020.
