Home prices increased in Bridgetown during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Bridgetown rose by $16,100 while total sales decreased by 26.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Bridgetown in the second quarter of 2020.
