Home prices increased in Cincinnati during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $30,900 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 327 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,900 - a 20.5% increase over the $151,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 314 homes sold in Cincinnati in June 2020.
