What happened to the median home price in Cleves during June 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Cleves rose by $28,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 18.8% increase over the $149,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cleves in June 2020, as well.
