Pricing for the median home in Covedale increased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Covedale rose by $47,200 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,950 - a 37.2% increase over the $126,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Covedale in June 2020.
