Falling home prices in Colerain Township in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Colerain Township fell by $14,900 while total sales decreased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 9.9% decrease over the $149,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Colerain Township in June 2020.
