The first half of 2021: Home prices in North Bend increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in North Bend rose by $19,995 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,900 - a 7.8% increase over the $254,905 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Bend in the first half of 2020.
