Home prices increased in Harrison during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Harrison rose by $20,750 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,500 - a 12.7% increase over the $163,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Harrison in the first half of 2020.
