White Oak home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in White Oak rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in White Oak in the first half of 2020.
