What happened to the median home price in Cheviot during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Cheviot rose by $50 while total sales increased by 41.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 0% increase over the $109,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Cheviot in the first half of 2020.
