Pricing for the median home in Harrison increased during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Harrison rose by $31,050 while total sales increased by 90%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 23.4% increase over the $132,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Harrison in April 2020.
