Home prices decreased in Cheviot during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Cheviot fell by $18,500 while total sales increased by 112.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 15.6% decrease over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Cheviot in April 2020.
