Rising home prices in Loveland (Hamilton County) in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 29% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Loveland in March 2020.
