Home prices decreased in Harrison during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Harrison fell by $71,000 while total sales increased by 314.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,000 - a 27.8% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Harrison in March 2020.
