Rising home prices in Colerain Township in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Colerain Township rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 1.7% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Colerain Township in March 2020.
