The first quarter of 2021: Dent experienced a 22.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Dent rose by $30,100 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 22.8% increase over the $131,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Dent in the first quarter of 2020.
