Pricing for the median home in Bridgetown increased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Bridgetown rose by $30,450 while total sales increased by 53.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,750 - a 25.3% increase over the $120,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Bridgetown in the first quarter of 2020.
