How did home prices perform in Colerain Township during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Colerain Township rose by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,250 - a 4.5% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Colerain Township in the first quarter of 2020.
