Home prices decreased in Groesbeck during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Groesbeck fell by $6,000 while total sales increased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 4.1% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Groesbeck in the first quarter of 2020.
