What happened to the median home price in Cheviot during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Cheviot rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 38.8% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Cheviot in the first quarter of 2020.
