February 2021: Home prices in Harrison increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Harrison rose by $18,750 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,750 - a 11.4% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Harrison in February 2020.
