What happened to the median home price in Dent during February 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Dent rose by $8,800 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,900 - a 6.9% increase over the $127,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Dent in February 2020.
