Pricing for the median home in Cheviot increased during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Cheviot rose by $26,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 36.1% increase over the $73,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cheviot in February 2020.
