February 2021: Home prices in Groesbeck fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Groesbeck fell by $51,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,750 - a 37.6% decrease over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Groesbeck in February 2020.
