Cleves home prices fell in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Cleves fell by $62,850 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,900 - a 47.3% decrease over the $132,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cleves in February 2020.
