Rising home prices in Harrison in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Harrison rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 20.1% increase over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Harrison in January 2020.
