Median home prices in Covedale fell to $163,500 in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Covedale fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 140%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 9.7% decrease over the $181,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Covedale in January 2020.
