Home prices increased in Dent during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Dent rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dent in January 2020.
