Monfort Heights South median home prices fell by 29.6% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Monfort Heights South fell by $59,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 29.6% decrease over the $199,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Monfort Heights South in January 2020.
