Home prices increased in Cheviot during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Cheviot rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,750 - a 23.7% increase over the $99,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cheviot in January 2020.
