Home prices increased in Harrison during December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Harrison rose by $47,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 37% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Harrison in December 2019.
