2020: Home prices in North Bend increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in North Bend rose by $243,405 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,155 - a 214% increase over the $113,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in North Bend in 2019.
