2020: Harrison experienced a 8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Harrison rose by $12,900 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 207 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,900 - a 8% increase over the $162,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 179 homes sold in Harrison in 2019.
