What happened to the median home price in Cheviot during 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Cheviot rose by $16,250 while total sales increased by 31.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 163 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $103,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Cheviot in 2019.
